I Cannot Access My New Course


If you've logged into the Course Portal and found that the course you recently purchased is still locked, this might be caused by the following:


  1. Typographical error in the email address: Please contact us at Emil@iPhonePhotographySchool.com or Pro@PhotographyPro.com and provide the last 4 digits of the card you used or your PayPal email. If you used Apple Pay, send a screenshot of your payment showing the date and time of purchase. This will help us locate your purchase and quickly activate the course on the correct account.
  2. Different email address: If you signed up for the course using a different email address, please contact us at Emil@iPhonePhotographySchool.com or Pro@PhotographyPro.com and provide your correct email address. We will merge all your courses into one account.
  3. Payment not processed: Verify your purchase by checking your online account statement, if available. You can refer to our List of Courses and use the course links to retry your purchase.
