My Course is Locked
If your course appears locked after logging into the Course Portal, it may be due to one of these reasons:
1. Logged in with the Wrong Email
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used at checkout. If unsure:
- Tap the menu in the top right, select Log Out, then log back in with the correct email.
2. Typo in Your Email
If there was a typo in your registered email, we can help! Contact us with:
- The last four digits of your payment card
- or your PayPal email
- or a screenshot of your Apple Pay payment with date & time
3. Payment Not Processed
Your purchase might not have gone through. Please:
- Check your bank statement or PayPal account to confirm the payment.
- If the payment was unsuccessful, try purchasing again using the correct course link from our List of Courses.
4. Purchased Through the CamGuru App
If you bought your course in the CamGuru app, click here to learn how to restore your purchase.
