I Cannot Access My New Course

If you've logged into the Course Portal and found that the course you recently purchased is still locked, this might be caused by the following:

1. You signed up for the course using a different email address. Please contact us at Emil@iPhonePhotographySchool.com or Pro@PhotographyPro.com and let us know your primary email address. We will merge all your courses into one account. 

2. There's a typographical error in the email address you used to sign up. Please contact us at Emil@iPhonePhotographySchool.com or Pro@PhotographyPro.com and let us know the last 4 digits of the card you used or your PayPal email. This will allow us to locate your purchase and quickly activate the course on the correct account. 

3. The payment did not go through. Please check your online account statement, if available, to verify your purchase. You can refer to our List of Courses and use the course links to retry your purchase.
