If your purchased course is locked, it’s likely due to a missed payment on your payment plan.

What Happened?

Before being removed from the course, you should have received email notifications about the unsuccessful payment and automatic retry attempts.

How to Regain Access:

✅ Step 1: Check if your payment method has sufficient funds or needs updating.

✅ Step 3: If your payment method needs updating, request a secure payment link from us.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your course access will be restored.
